I was the Co-Founder & Facility Director and Admissions Director of Junction House, Inc. - premier sober living residences since 2013-2021

• Orchestrated and implemented structured recovery house protocol that included mentoring and guidance for 1800+ men and women with a documented success rate well over the national norm.
• Managed and directed 4 homes of up to 32 clients maximum, guided their families, and worked with their clinicians.
• Introduced and orchestrated policies, while guiding clients utilizing MAT, and using suboxone to create their individual recovery plan.
• Expeditiously facilitated client intake process, assessments, medical management, after-care coordination, and performed all communication with counselors and families.
• Performed nationwide interventions and instituted a program that resulted in a very high percentage of clients committing to impatient treatment.

I am a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, a Pennsylvania Master Addiction Counselor, and a Licensed  Advanced Substance Use Disorder Counselor. I am also a retired physician, interventionist, abuse and addiction care Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS), a Certified Family Specialist (CFS) and a frequent speaker to the health care community and to the community at large about substance abuse disorder.  I am well versed in all aspects of treatment from pre-intervention to appropriate placement, discharge plans, aftercare and especially family guidance.
